The trailer is the Flatbed. You do not need your own trailer to get the achievement.

According to the vanilla game data, and to the Trailer Listing in game, you need a dropdeck trailer, not a flatbed.

Strange. Again, if it's the same big tires we're talking about, which are the Volvo Tires. I literally have a flatbed in my photo.

There's also the Huge Tires from the Special Transport jobs, but you don't get to use your own trailer for that, but that's a flatbed, too.

Only other tires I know of are the generic Tires, but that's a Dry Van, Insulated, Reefer, or Sliding Tarp trailer job.

Am I missing one?

There is a load called "Big Tires." This is what you need to haul for the "Big Wheels Keep On Turning" achievement. The spelling of tyre in the achievement list is the British spelling.

I have seen these on the drop deck for sure. I may have seen them on the flatbed, but not certain so don't trust me on that.

Ah, found them. I have my own drop deck. Guess I just ignored these jobs for more lucrative ones or something. I swear I've never seen them before lol!
