Only being level 3 I suggest you start over again by creating a new profile. If you check the Guides section at the top of the screen you will find where to locate the truck dealerships. If you have decided what truck you want to drive then select a starting garage in that city. Or if you would like to choose between 2 or more then select a garage in a city with one dealership and choose a different make of truck for your preferred truck so that will open that dealership. That way you can have a choice of 2 different dealerships.
You can't purchase online until you've bought 5 trucks.
They don't own a truck, therefore they can't teleport.
What guide section? There is a guide section that show up after I complete the first job. I figured out that the truck dealer button will allow you to visit a selected truck dealer, which I did and I now have my new truck. But base on what you said I deleted my profiles & started over. I did NOT need to do that.
But now I am very tired & need to rest. I am parked at a Motel so HOW DO I REST?
If you look up the top of the screen while you are in this discussion that is where you will see a list of topics and if you look to the right of that list you will see Guides.
I suggested you start over because of what had happened and because of losing the amount of money you had lost and because you were not far advanced in the game. I also suggested it to give you better options of truck dealerships if you had found the guide section. It was friendly advice and it was your choice whether to take it or not. If you are upset for choosing to start over then I am sorry but my suggestion was only meant to help you.
If you are in a Motel with a rest zone which are marked on the map with a bed then you must locate the rest zone by driving over it. Once you drive over it the option to rest will show and you then select the shown key to rest.
I now have truck. I used the goto Farmington in the console while sitting in my truck. I was taken to Farmington, but I am way up in the air. I can NOT move. I can look around with my mouse. My controller does NOT work and when I press any key I am returned to my starting point. What am I doing wrong? How do I get the X, Y, Z coordinates?
Every time I load my game I get a Steam Inventory Message stating "An error occured loading Steam Inventory content. Internal Steam Error." I can click a disable button or a continue. I have click both on different occasion to continue my game. Any ideas how to make it go away?

When you use the "goto <city>" command, it only moves the camera. You then need to use the NumPad keys to position the camera to where you'd like to spawn your truck. Then, use Ctrl-F9 to teleport the truck. Be careful when positioning the camera that you aren't too high above the ground, because the teleport places your truck where the camera is, and you may fall causing damage to your truck/trailer/cargo. ;)
Forward = 8
Left = 4
Right = 6
Back = 5
These all have directional arrows on them.
You must have the in-game GPS showing the map so you can locate where you want to move to. Using the mouse to head in the direction of the ground and the forward arrow key on your numberpad (8) you must head toward the ground and move toward where you want to your truck to locate to. You can slow the speed using the scroll wheel of your mouse. You must be close to the ground otherwise when you press Ctrl + F9 you will fall and damage your truck. So once you are in the position you want to relocate to and close to the ground you press Ctrl + F9 to relocate your truck.
I suggest you watch some youtube videos of how to use the console commands.
Here is one by Squirrel. The only difference now is instead of using F9 it is now Ctrl + F9. This was changed after this video.

Edit: Forgot to add the link to the video, I have now added it
2nd Edit: Changed Back = 2 to Back = 5
I only use number pad 8 and the mouse.
