Women Drivers

When I started my company I decided to hire all women drivers, just for the fun of it and for a unique company. I realize that there are a limited number of garages you can buy and employees you can hire, but I am curious if anyone knows what the limit is on man/woman drivers (or transsexual, which actually appears could be the case for some drivers). I currently have I think 83 women drivers working for me but seem to have hit a wall lately in the recruitment agencies.

Just for the record I only started playing ATS during the life of v1.39 so I cannot create a similarly detailed view of the ATS driver names. However, I can tell you that:

• there are a lot of name differences between the two games
  
• the updates to the list since I started playing have been identical in both games
  
• ATS has one more female driver than ETS2, so 89 vs. 88
  
• there are 11 duplicates in the ATS data, two each of Daniel D., Joseph S., Maarten O. and Michaela J. plus three named Martin. P
  
• the game (best as I can tell) does not differentiate between male and female drivers and the only way to distinguish one from the other is that the apparently female driver pictures all have a + on the front of their names in the driver names list (which is not visible in the game UI)

Do you know that the drivers in both games are real people? They are SCS employees, their family members and friends, and none of them are AI generated, neither names or photos. Do you have any figures for the ratio of male/female drivers IRL? I doubt they would approach the game's ratio.
Many players mistakenly believe that there should be a driver available for every possible slot in every possible garage in ATS and ETS2. The reality is there was no such intention and you can earn vast amounts of unspent income with just 30 drivers.

This is the Steam player to player forum, NOT SCS, the actual game developers.
Sadly, nobody on here can "fix" anything in the game itself, we can only help and advise players.
These forums are NOT the official way to contact SCS, so any comment on here is unlikely to get any response from them.
All bug reports, suggestions, etc should be posted in the SCS forums. If it isn't reported there, it won't be fixed.

yeah the drivers look like men and women to me. So, i mean, of course they aren't real - they aren't even real drivers, tho - but there does seem to be men and women to hire in game.

The people in the game are indeed real, just as Lankester said: They are the devs/employees, friends/family, and also some players. The employee named Pavel is the SCS CEO Pavel.

I wish they were AI generated though.
