I have a jumping problem
As I am driving the truck will jump and skip down the road. That is the only way I can explain it. I know it is in the settings & just started when I uploaded Oak. I have tried to look online for some u-tube videos on truck setup but none have helped so far & when keep looking. Any help will be appreciated.

Also I have the Euro Truck Sim and I have no problems with that game. I have tried to copy the setting but still no luck.

Are you talking of the Uneven Surface simulation as that is my best guess of what your talking about without a video or a series of screenshots.

It's located under Gameplay > Truck settings and is the last slider setting.

Try to google an effect they call rubber bending. An issue about frame time, not frame rate.
There're threads on steam too.
The best thing I can make out of your words. I had the same prob and solved it by locking frame rate and a setting in the global config file. You'll find it...

Disable vsync on game's graphics settings. Instead, cap frame rate through your GPU software.

It sounds like an interaction of your suspension stiffness and uneven surface simulation. If your framerate is fluctuations wildly you may have rubberbanding as @Kimo mentioned (physics simulation unable to run consistently).

What is GPU? How do I change frame rate?

GPU= Graphics processing unit
Basically the thing that is drawing triangles very, very fast.

Thanks that did help greatly, yet I still have a little bit of waviness from the land outside of the truck. I can live with that I guess.
