Going with Kansas, but what all is supposed to be included with this new engine update?
Honestly one guy in the Oklahoma showcase thread was visibly upset, but if I'm SCS I think I know what they're trying to do. Get these Western States out of the way quickly, and circle back around later to actually finish them.
I'm just spit-balling here, but as much as I love to explore Dakotas and Nebraska if you asked me which states am I willing to put down money for right now it's Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, and Florida(especially this state).
Again these are just my 2 cents nobody asked for.
There is no timeline on the game engine update. Most recent information is 6 months to a year. Could we see it in 2023, sure. Am I counting on it...no.
There is not going to be a huge visual change with DX12. That is mostly going to be all under the hood stuff with TAA, Vulkan implementation, and hopefully true multicore support.
Above is the workshop page for the creator of Weather 2.9.1. Free and it is amazing.
Great graphics that are available in 2K, 4K, and 8K versioning.
