Freightliner Cascadia Dash GPS

I seen some past posts about this, this truck has one of the biggest areas on dash for GPS navigation, but its just a black square. I go into settings and set a key to turn off/on etc but it doesnt do anything, so I went and made a new profile, 100% vanilla chose quick job with that truck, and same scenario big black area.
So I'm wondering how to get the GPS on in this truck ... dont know of any other truck with a big GPS area on the dash like this one.

Not sure what the problem is since I can just buy new Cascadias with the older dash and the new one and they both have a working GPS on the dash.

Which key did you try to assign?

Under Keys & Buttons you set a key for 'Infotainment Display.' If after assigning this and checking in game if this does not turn on the GPS area then you have a mod conflict more than likely.

That sounds weird, Cascadia driver here as well - never had this issue, at all.

The standard interior option for the Freightliner does not have a GPS, just a black panel covering the hole where the GPS would go. You have to chose an interior that has the GPS. It may not be unlocked if you're at a low level.

I'll check that out ... will I be able to tell when in "shopping" mode, or do I need to set an option and go look and rinse and repeat until I find one .. lol

If you're browsing the stock offers, I don't know if there is a way to tell from that screen. If you go to customize the truck, on the interior options, the ones with standard in the name (there are different colors), do not have a GPS. The others do.

Yeah, 3 options from what I could tell
1: big black area
2: a little smaller but has GPS
3: a lot smaller but fancy buttons with GPS
I got the one I wanted, Thank you!
Couldnt figure out why it just wasnt working .. LOL
