trailer repair
i think the game should have a trailer repair shop put into the game just like they have for the trucks.

It does. if you are using an own trailer it will be repaired too along with the truck.

Supplier provided trailers (Freight Market or External Contracts) belongs to the supplier and is repaired by that company, not by you. If you damage other's property, well...

The problem is that the trailer does not repair itself along with the truck. Apparently, in the workshop it shows 0% with no load, but in the preview it continues to be 15%.
Hardly at the inspection points I get fines for faulty equipment.

That is because the axle configuration was changed while there was damage to the trailer. Only way to fix it would be to sell the trailer and rebuy or put the configuration back to the way it originally was.
