Don't worry about it.
The Collision Boxes of the trucks are pretty tight, so if you are setting off the actual car alarms, and seeing them move, then you probably hit them .. don't get so close.
Edit: perhaps the collision boxes don't match where the parked trucks are? But I don't think it's that because my own truck doesn't register a hit of any kind.
This is a better explanation of what is happening! Its not in traffic. Just parked trucks.
