Truck mods from the workshop work for a couple versions then don't. I haven't tried the paid ones. It's easier to alter the stock trucks
If you've already uncompressed the files, you can still modify them, and save them as a Local Mod, which is the standard method for "making a mod". Save the modifications in un-compressed ZIP archive format, and put them in your Documents\ATS\mods folder.
If you can not modify the files because they are compressed, you need to download the SCS Extractor tool from the SCS wiki site, and read the tutorial page for instructions.
