B: Ignore all replies before and after this one that have Logitech or PXN in them.
Nice assumption that Thrustmaster is expensive.
The T128 COSTS LESS than Logitech G29/G920. Thrustmaster however is superior to Logitech. There was just another post about someone have issues with those wheels.
I highly recommend Thrustmaster over Logitech any day because these are very little issues with the wheels when compared directly to Logitech. Plus they are relatively quiet unlike Logicrap when the force feedback kicks in with nothing but shaking and rattling.
Did the mistake once many years ago, got a very expensive TM HOTAS, before Amazon. It arrived dead, TM just said: Known issue but tough luck, you have to pay S&H back and forth again... that was way more than the base price... so I ended with the most expensive paperweight ever.
@OP, get what you can afford cost and real state wise (wheel sets demands a lot of space), and a brand that offers support in your area.
a 900 degrees rotation wheel with Force Feedback is the bare minimum.
Do T128 systems come with a stick shift? This will mainly be used with American Truck Simulator.
No and neither does the G29 or G920. The shifters are a separate purchase.
There are bundles around Christmas time for the Logitech that includes shifters though. Doubt if you will find any now.
The T148 is only supplied with two pedals. The T3PM pedals add $130 to the t148 package before you add the TH8A shifter.
I am one of many, very happy Logitech G920 users. Most setup issues are likely mainly user error or issues with game setting needing reset to get pedals working properly. The set up is more involved than plug and play.
Thrustmaster website so you can see some of the differences in different models:

Thank you. This one looks like a possibility.
I didn't say they have to get Thrustmaster :-)
