Advanced sdk request is because you have a plugin folder here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64 with something inside it. No idea what it could be. A lot of VTC's use tracking software that are plugins. Sim dashboard is another common reason why you would have a plugin.

just go to the plugins folder and remove the .dll files you installed. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins
