I believe that incorrect. GARC is a Texas company. You can still see BFSN running through Arizona and other states.
That's interesting. Everywhere I've previously seen BFSN (including Arizona and all the way up in Portland) is now GARC. Not running any mods or anything so I'm not sure what the difference would be.
