To get a better grasp on your system specs go to the top of the Steam window and click on Help, in the drop down menu click on System Information. right click on an empty spot in the Steam - System Information window and select Copy all text to clipboard. In the Steam discussion REPLY box, right click on an empty space and select Paste.
For the specs you have provided I see several problems, among these are the I3 processor, UHD 630 graphics, and 8GB ram shared between the I3 cpu and the UHD gpu means there is not enough memory to go around.
Your computer is definitely not a system made for gaming.
Adding another 8GB of main memory may help but only if you know how to change the shared memory setting in the BIOS settings. Installing a dedicated video card is the easiest way to go but may be more costly than just adding more memory and adjusting the shared memory allocated. I advise you to have a computer shop make the changes as it is easy to screw things up when it comes to messing around in the BIOS settings.
Get better hardware (more RAM and a dedicated GPU, please check if your PSU can handle all that first) to improve your situation.
