What are your hardware specs (CPU, GPU, RAM)?
Do you use mods?
Do you have other programs running in the background while you play the game?
Are you playing on a laptop or on a desktop PC?

Guess you're going to need your mind-reader cap for the rest of the answers, Wolfgang.

To get a better grasp on your system specs go to the top of the Steam window and click on Help, in the drop down menu click on System Information. right click on an empty spot in the Steam - System Information window and select Copy all text to clipboard. In the Steam discussion REPLY box, right click on an empty space and select Paste.

For the specs you have provided I see several problems, among these are the I3 processor, UHD 630 graphics, and 8GB ram shared between the I3 cpu and the UHD gpu means there is not enough memory to go around.

Your computer is definitely not a system made for gaming.

CPU is totally fine, even if it is i3, it's 10th gen. You can try to run on every lowest graphic option , but most likely you need to have dedicated graphic card in long run to be able to play most of the games (and this as well). Are you sure that you have only integrated graphic card?

I have no graphic card. Just playing the game as is.

The UHD Graphics 630 is your so called graphics card. It is an integrated gpu built into the cpu made by Intel. It shares a portion of the 8GB of main memory with the cpu. The amount of the shared memory assigned to it may be as high as 2GB or as low as 512MB.

Adding another 8GB of main memory may help but only if you know how to change the shared memory setting in the BIOS settings. Installing a dedicated video card is the easiest way to go but may be more costly than just adding more memory and adjusting the shared memory allocated. I advise you to have a computer shop make the changes as it is easy to screw things up when it comes to messing around in the BIOS settings.

I might just take your advice and do that. Thanks man

Your PC is not at all for gaming but for office work. So it is no surprise that you have FPS issues.
Get better hardware (more RAM and a dedicated GPU, please check if your PSU can handle all that first) to improve your situation.
