The Fastest Engine + Transmission for all loads?
Configuration for ATS MP with a limit of 81 mph.
Cargo weight from 13,000 - 236,000 pounds.
The whole hitch is up to 317,000 lbs.
All this is based on the standard game configuration and only so.
I use Cummins X15 and Caterpillar C15 engine for all loads. So they are high-speed. It's all on power mode. Transmission - Allison 4500 RDS and 4700 RDS. For heavy 18 Eaton UltraShift.

What other transmission alternatives are there besides the 18 Eaton UltraShift? Combined with Cummins X15 and Caterpillar C15 engines. A lot of gears and a long acceleration. I want to accelerate faster.

The Allisons will certainly give you the quickest acceleration

with a load, a semi WILL NOT accelerate fast

A 13 speed will be faster than an 18 on loads lighter than 55 000lbs average

That's understandable enough. I'm just looking for an alternative to the 18 transmission. She switches too much and takes too long. The fewer switches there are, the better.

13 the mortar goes 90 mph. The revs are very high and will this transmission pull a load of more weight into the lift?
It's a pity there is no 12 +2 from Volvo. She would have run around with heavy loads here.

It will. A 13 speed is a 18 speed without the low range splitter. In my opinion it would shift faster and you could pull heavier loads

A 13 speed will not shift between gears faster, and for a heavier load the 18 speed is better, since it gives you more choice of gears to make sure you are at the right range at all times. If you are using a proper shifter, then you can skip gears where appropriate, so the extra "unnecessary" gears are not a problem, and are only beneficial to have.

The Allison transmissions are unique, since they are a real Hydraulic Automatic. They act like an automatic, and they shift very quickly (if you play in Auto). The rest of the transmissions are Automated Manuals, meaning there is still a clutch assembly that the transmission controls, and they take longer to shift.

Well put
Progresive shifting and skipping gears.
IRL can order a Pete 389 or build a glider kit with a Eaton 18 speed and a Eaton 5 speed brownie (Air Shift) = 90 forword gears. 10 reverse gears. Set up for HH Loads.

Have A Grate Day

Allison TC10 accelerates slightly faster than Allison 4700, and is the best transmission for acceleration by far. It also has the highest top speed of about 107 mph.

Detroit DT12-OHE/OA has the highest top speed of any transmission in the game at 110 mph.
