Thrustmaster T80 on Mac OSX
So I wasn't able to find much about this, so I thought I'd add a few notes about what I was able to get working, in case that helps someone else. If anyone else has experience with this wheel set on a Mac, I'd love to hear about it.

First off, when I started looking for a steering wheel/pedals/shifter, I was hoping to get a cool force-feedback rig, but it seems that none are supported on Mac, for some reason. Given that, I didn't think there was any reason to spend the $$$ on features I wouldn't use. While I would definitely like to have more buttons and controls, what the T80 offers is pretty decent for the price (about $99 on Amazon).

Anyway, I plugged it in and it kinda almost just worked. It came set in "PS4" mode, but I couldn't get more than just the buttons to work there. No wheel or pedals.

However, in PS3 mode, it worked almost completely. While the steering wheel is recognized perfectly, the pedal inputs activate the same codes as the L2/R2 buttons on the wheel, rather than as separate linear inputs. But that's not too bad. It means I have less control over braking and acceleration (Adaptive Automatic isn't useful), but light years better than the arrow keys I was using before. 😀 I really hate losing the two buttons, tho. But sometimes its not too bad to have braking or acceleration at my thumb.

Anyway, would love to hear what my fellow Mac-ers are doing. I'm happy to share my button mappings, and how I managed to share my profile between desktop and laptop with Google Drive, if that's helpful.

at least U got most of yours to work. I thought I would try a Wheel so looking around I found
the Thrustmaster Ferrari WR Red Legend ( brand new) on Amazon for around 70 bucks USA.
several people had claimed it works with Windows 10 in the reviews.
when I got it --I down-loaded the ""Driver"" (2016 version) as the instructions indecate.
putting the switch to ""PC"" (before connecting the USB)--- only the 4 way pad was recognized,, and Windows 10 showed me with a Control Pad instead of a Wheel. there is practicaly nothing
on Google on how to fix this problem. plus I was disapointed the Wheel only turned
half way in each direction. so I sent it back to Amazon for a full refund.
( I don't know if the Wheel was defective out of the box or I was doing something wrong).
I want a Wheel that works with Windows 10 but dosen't cost $300 bucks like the
Logitech G27 or G29.
Sorry about your MAC isssue -- I have never had a MAC so can't help U
thought I would just post about my experence with the Thrustmaster Ferrari
RW Red Legend.
