No, they're not used a lot in Europe, only in Sweden ... And even then, it's very restricted.
Only mods can help you there.

Can't find it is but still not a road train
Mr J, i dont know where you get your information from, but its not correct, a road train is typically one tractor pulling more than 2 trailers behind it, much like a conventional train, where theres one engine pulling x number of carriages, depending on weight/size, determines the number of powerplants at the front of the line, they are NEVER used in the EU or UK or the US because the road networks cant handle the size of the vehicle and they are way to dangerous for health and safety laws to allow them in heavy traffic areas, the denser the traffic, the less likely youll see them, thats why Road Trains are typically noted in Australia in the Outback where theres long expanses of road, very little traffic and very few peope around, that and the road conditions are tempermental along with the weather, meaning more freight has to come through at once than at other times.
The most common long vehicle you will see in the EU is tandems or wagon and drags which can consist of a tractor and 2 trailers or a fixed box truck pulling a trailer. thats not a road train.
Im not sure about the US, but considering their trailers are much longer and wider than EU trailers, there isnt much need for road trains.
I got to say that we also have them here in Denmark, but they drive on special rutes.
If it's multiple trailers you're after, people have been harking on SCS's door for that for years.
In ETS or ATS?
