CSIO SKRS Cursor Issues

I've recently acquired the SKRS gear knob from CSIO for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator.
Plugging the USB in my PC and installing the knob on my G27 Logitech steering wheel expecting it to work without issue.
When I finally got around to start the game as soon as I activate the range or splitter buttons ion the SKRS, the cursor moves up to the top left corner of my screen, and keeps doing so until I shut down the game.

Anyone who can tell me if they've experienced the same, and maybe have been able to fix the issue?

Is that shifter or any other controller being assigned mouse control?

Only thing that is assigned to mouse controller is the mouse.

Figured it could be important what other equipment I use for the game.
My OS is windows 10
My steering wheel is the Logitech G27 with the added SKRS from CSIO.

I had the same thing yesterday in ETS. After shutting down the game and restarting it, the problem was gone. Never had it happen in ATS
My setup: Logitech G27, SKRS, Win 7.

Your Lucky ! I have been waiting 3 Months for mine to be delivered, all I get is awaiting shipment since 28th july 2016, tried contacting them via email 3 times and telephone 4 times with a left message, I havent had any form of contact from them at all, they took my money though, I don't have a Facebook account , nor do I want one, or Twitter so I am at a loss as to what to do now, so ! I do feel sorry for you that it isnt working properly but ! I wouldn't hold out much hope of contact with them. Maybe the DEV'S will actually read this and explain to me why I haven't recieved my SKRS YET !!

When you plugged in the new device and started up ATS did you get the "Prompt" about whether you want to use the controller as a mouse or ignore?

Im very disdappointed in CSIO. Shipping took forever, you need a Facebook account for any comms and the Product needs to be rebuilt as soon as you recive it so the "loose" PCB doesnt short out the entire thing.

Yes i did, and the mouse still got all funny, so last weekend i downloaded the game once more, and the problem is gone now. I suspect the fault was in my game profil ?

CSIO support straight up sucks, sorry to say it guys. I never heard anything from them, despit uncountable attempts.

Sorry to hear about the long delivery on your SKRS, i hope that you will recive it soon, it does make the game more fun (when all is working), for info i ordered mine, may 9th and i got it 25th july.

I am so glad you got yours sorted out now, I am pleased for you, many happy hours of trucking now we hope? :) I cannot understand why mine has taken so long to be delivered, at least you got yours in under 3 months, I am still waiting, now going onto my 4th month and counting.:(

Oh yes, it is a absolut blast and combined with Oculus rift, it is almost like being back on the roads again.

4 months is a hell of a lot of time, just waiting. did you read any of their updates on the homepage?
I truely hope yours is on its way soon, very soon!

Yes I did read their latest update but ! Nothing's changed with my order, still awaiting shipment since july 28 - 2016. :) Really glad your having a lot of fun with your SKRS.:)

I had same issue and my fix was to delete ATS and reinstall (via Steam Library). Then in the controller setup, at the very bottom under Alternative Mouse Cursor Controller: choose RESET and IGNORE mouse control for steering wheel and the shifter.

Now if only the bloody Easy Jake button would work properly. The 1.6 update appears to have rogered it.

I love mine and NO issues ever and I use mine hours on end due to I retired. Did you reload the game and then your hardware to see if that fixes it? NEVER USE IT AS A CURSOR thats what a mouse is for...

I use a Thrustmaster xbox leather editon wheel and pedals the TH8A shifter with the SKRS shift kit and 2 switch boxes which has a total of 11 flip switches, 4 buttons two rotery knobs for the radio and one Key ignition switch. also the Track IR5 and never had any problems.
