its not that simple, Euro Trucks and American Trucks have different setups inside
Which means, SCS still needs to expand the ability to migrate towards toe sleeper in order to make a Cabin/Sleeper Accesories DLC worth a purchase.
There's a lot of potential once this happens though. A PSU, Fridge, TVs, pets, game consoles, curtains, and the list goes on.
Possible way to do this: Coding a camera angle that moves to the sleeper before hitting the Rest key would put us into the sleeper where our "junk" would be.
That's fine in the real world but this is a game, time is compressed, things are not exact. It would still be nice to have the option of dash/cab accessories even if it is illegal. I suppose for the sticklers it could be turned off.
If SCS does make a DLC, which I very much hope they will, for cabin accessories then I hope they will add all the points for the accessories to be added even if they only have in their DLC accessories which meet the legal requirements for the U.S.. That way people could still add the accessories to their windows and dash but use mods because the official DLC would not have accessories to add to those places.
That way SCS would be abiding by the U.S. laws and people like me who say, "stick the petty laws for a game where the sun doesn't shine", could add our illegal mods to our hearts content.
Personally, if they did add those points I would buy the DLC in an instant because then I could add my co-driver "Spongebob Squarepants", courtesy of a very fine gentleman named SiSL, to the default trucks and hopefully then also to the Viper2 Peterbilt 389.
