SCS arent interested at this time in any more projects as theyre already stretched thinworking on ATS and ETS2 together.
But as i said, if you want a "small truck/pickup simulator" theres nothing stopping you from getting some developing software, a game engine, graphics etc and licensing, yourself and making this sort of game on your own, at least, if you have the money for it that is.
Call it "Pickup Sim" or something to that effect, and please be absolutely sure you include a mechanic that has everyone you know calling you and asking you to haul their rubbish everywhere!
