ATS Console Not Working on Mac?

Hello,
I currently am playing ATS on an iMac, and I need to be able to use the developer console and free camera. (etc.) i have everything set to 1 that I need to be set to one, (console and developer in the game config) but, when I try to do something such as goto [cityname], it doesn't teleport me. The time set command works, and other commands work, but the free camera and teleport command don't work.
If someone could please help me, that would be great! Thanks!
