Canada-US Border Crossing
I just got C2C installed, Mexico and CanaDream. It's all working well, but I see there is only a couple border crossing places into Canada. I saw a guy's video (Wombat) using the same maps and he had several crossing spots in Michigan, Minnesota and a lot more than I have. I only have a crossing in Vancouver and another in North Dakota (I think). Nothing east of there. Am I using a wrong version? I am using Coast to Coast v2.10.3 and CanaDream v2.9.3

I had this same problem a while back. It has to do with the load order of Coast to Coast and CanaDream. C2C first then CanaDream above that.
