To start a new game do u need to make a new profile. Sometimes, I don't want to continue the game or load a saved game ,but start a new one.

To save you setting up your controls/keys again. Go in to your current profile, then click on "Profiles" & then create your new profile. You will find all the keys that you had before are still there.

For example, if you had assigned a button on your wheel to the horn, the assignment will still be there.

I have a G29 wheel with all my buttons assigned & use this method for all new profiles. The only profile I set up is the very first one when I installed my game :)
