There is one in the Southwest corner of Tucson.

A quick search for a guide to get there gave me this.

Mind you this is only in the vanilla base game map not a modded one.

Wrong. I had MANY mods installed when I found it!

Unless you are talking about not having map mods installed? Of which I didn't, just trucks and trailers.

I meant vanilla map. As far as I know (IIRC) the Interstate 10 Map has a Raceway in Louisiana.
