You should contact Sim Commander support, maybe they can help. Good luck!
jd, I have Sim Commander 4 / Simvibe working with ATS and ETS2 using Win 7 64bit.
SC4 is listed as working with Win 7, 8.1, or 10 with no mention of requiring 32 or 64 bit.
In the SC4 Control Center Window, select the Settings tab and then the Games menu.
I have SC4 installed in it's default location but I don't have Steam installed in the default C: drive location so I couldn't use the Auto Search function.
So I'm not sure if the Auto Search function puts the required plugin file into ATS.
You will find the plugin file here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimXperience\Sim Commander4\Plugins\GameFolderPlugins\
AmericanTruckSim
It needs to go to wherever your Steam is installed hence the ???:
???\Steam\SteamApps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins
So in the Basic Settings section:
Game Plugin: Select the ATS (Steam) plugin.
Game Exe: Direct that to your Steam.exe
In the Advanced settings type these settings in:
Parameters: -applaunch 270880 -silent
Wait On: amtrucks.exe
I have to start ATS differently to how I start other games using Simvibe.
I was getting hardly any vibrations until I found this method from the SimX forum.
Start Steam
Start SC4
Start ATS through Steam
Alt-Tab when ATS has loaded and double click ATS profile in SC4
Alt-Tab back to ATS.
I hope that helps.
It works for me, whether or not it works for you is something I can't guarantee.
I won't be back here for a week so if you have any drama I can only say to register on the Simxperience customers only viewable forum and read this thread

Well, I guess we can cross each other off our Christmas card list, eh?
