World Of Trucks deliveries are no different than regular ones with a couple of exceptions.
First, it tracks deliveries allowing you to go to the website and see stats. It also allows them to have special events as mentioned.
Secondly, and most importantly, (for some) your truck will have a limiter during these jobs so you can't speed. This is, I guess, to keep the playing field equal for all.
The time to complete is real time not game time, so if you do exit the game you need to come back and complete before that timer runs out. It is NOT game time.
