Weird black rectangle under trailers

for the past 4-5 months, i have experienced black shadow like rectangles and "missing textures" signs on truck and trailer tires. Mind you this is only on AI trucks. AI cars and my trucks are fine, but its just the AI truck and trailers that are the problem. What can i do to fix this? is anyone else experiencing this?

This issue is usually caused because the mod author linked to SCS shadows instead of using their own models. If SCS changes something (like removing trailers and adding new ones) the shadow model no longer exists so instead it creates a black box.

Updating the mod might work so long as the mod author has fixed it.

I have had the problem myself a few times and it has always been mod related.
