Questions about editing a save file.
I am a streamer and I want to use Farming Simulator and ATS and perhaps another simulation game to tell the story of a character. An example would be I make money in farming simulator and then use that money to buy things in ATS or another sim game and also do the opposite. Before i look into purchasing this game I just want to know if this is something I can do or are the save files encrypted. If I spend money from ATS and buy something in FS 19 I would need to subtract that amount from the in game money in order to keep the balances in line.

Without having read the above posted thread, in theory it is possible to do what you are asking while in game but it would require some time using console commands.

Is it as easy as looking up console commands and going from there?

SCS provides all the tools you need to do whatever you want. You can edit the save files easily.

With SII Decrypt it is indeed very easy, but I think that program has disappeared from the web.
