First, you must say which Freightliner truck you want. I recommend you going on http://atsmods.lt/ http://atsmod.net/ http://www.modsats.com/ or even SCS Official forums, there you have not only Truck mods but all kind of mods you want.

Then, you have to download your desirable mod (be sure that you download the mods that are made for your game version -currently 1.31- they will mostly be ".scs" or a .zip (if you extract it can be a .scs or a package with folders and so on, which you can delete because it is not needed to extract that kind of mods -only in case it does not extract .scs files-) which you have to place on "Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod" directory. (Be sure to carefully read all info above mod download links).

Next, you have to start your game, you go to MODS and it will search for your mods placed at the directory "Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod". To conclude, you must activate the mod and then save it. When you got to your game, you must have it activated!

The Argosy, FLB, and FLD are all on the Steam Workshop. They are updated automatically for you when the creator updates them.

Hi... Everytime I try to go to access the site (http://www.modsats.com...) I always get a warning from my Norton A-V: Norton blocked an attack by: Fake App Attack: Misleading Application Website 7. Viewing the accompanying details offers a choice of not seeing the msg again but it still won't let me download any content. Anybody else have this situation? Any suggestions?

It's because of the ... at the end. try without those. :)

I think Tenderfoot77 means that anything he tries to download from there is throwing a warning; not an issue with the link Steam is creating out of his text.

to Tenderfoot77: Perhaps look for the same mod in another location? See if the author maintains a thread on SCS Forums or if the mod has been uploaded to atsmods.lt or anywhere else.
