Seems daunting but very easy to navigate.
This site doesn't have nothing but a bunch of stolen modes. Posting without the modelers permission... It's a Pirate site....
atsmods.lt is actually quite legit. There are some that get through but most mods there are uploaded by the original authors.
Now modsats on the other hand, that guy steals all the mods listed there. Might want to do some research next time.
Now tell me again how that means the mod is stolen?
I'm guessing any site besides the Steam Workshop and SCS forums is a pirate website. I got it now.
Now I can block so I don't have to see any more of your postings.
End of, most players don't care where they get the mods. They don't care who uploaded them, who made them, how long it took, or anything. The only things they care about is how it looks and how easy it is to obtain.
As for ATSMods.lt, it's where most people go besides the SCS Forum and Workshop. Only the mod uploaders care if their mods are uploaded there. A large portion of mods I've found on ATSMods.lt are either uploaded by someone without permission or very low quality made by someone who does have permission.
