You can drive them both with mods. But Scania will probably never be in ats because I'm almost positive they don't make trucks in the states.

Based on the Volvo dealerships in the game files, it seems like the VNL and/or VNR are a possibility. I have never seen a Scania truck in the US, soooooo no Scanias (outside mods)

Though i would agree, that Scania's in ATS from SCS wouldn't happen as there aren't any Scania dealers selling new imported trucks in the U.S since 1992 .....there are Scania's in the states. ( I've never seen one either.)

In 1985, Scania entered North America with 17 dealers in the northeast and central part of the country at its peak. In 1992, Scania U.S.A. Inc. announced it would discontinue the importation of heavy trucks effective December 31, 1992.

A quick search will reveal used Scania's for sale in New Mexico & New Jersey, the newest i saw being a 2012 SCANIA P400 in Santa Fe, NM. So they are here, though the #"s must be very low.

Op Yes Scania and Volvo trucks can be driven on ATS, but only by mods. Check the workshop and you see the Scania and Volvo and other ETS2 trucks in the ATS Workshop. I hope this helps. And if you opt in for the open beta of 1.31, I am not sure if those have been updated to 1.31. read the description before trying to drive them onto ATS.
