Report a translation problem
-let your search tool of your windows look for "device manager", or if you know how to find it, do so.
-in the device manager, look for your grafics card
-rightclick it, click "uninstall". let it do the job, do all it wants :)
-when done, install the new driver. just restarting the computer after the uninstall should be enough, it should look for the latest driver on your hard drive automatically... if not, install it from the downloaded file
-don´t just copy it over the already installed one, it might not solve your problem that way.
-if you had previously downloaded a driver already, make sure you delete that before restarting, so windows doesn´t "accidently" install the previous one again.

Again, mods were used but it doesn't go away with mods or not.
I might look into this sugguestion, maybe not at this current time, likely tomorrow.
Strange is that Euro Truck Simulator 2 never HAS any problems in the past for me, ATS is a complete different story.
