Beacon lights r so bright u cannot use them

does anyone know why when u have beacon lights on at night the reflection from them on the ground cars walls n such is so bright it hurts the eyes ? all of the other headlights n what not are fine but i cant use beacons at all in my game ive tryed using console to fix but i cannot figure out if anyone knows ur help is greatly appreciated

turn off SSAO in advanced graphics options.

or you might have a mod that is causing an issue.

For sure it is a mod that has not been updated; I had that issue very early on in beta testing and tracked it back to a mod.
