The auctions houses are in Riverton, and Sheridan. If you delivered to any Bushnell Farms other than those two locations then it does not count towards the achievement.
ETA: Buying a Livestock trailer for me was the best way to get the Buffalo Bill achievement done. Achievements are almost always user based error and not the fault of the game.
Search Bushnell and the destinations of the cargo are Sheridan and Riverton. You can make several deliveries to both destinations. Recommended Gillete to Sheridan, is not far and take few time.
@daniel.nole: Is there a list of which cargo goes from each location/delivery company? If there is I'm unaware of it.
To the both of you thanks for the advice but I feel the randomness and lack of cargo disturbing.
In the meantime I've completed all the other achievements although the Ultimus to Denver airport took a long time to complete.
A wild guess would be that I'm done with the achievements in the special cargo DLC I just bought before I get this damned Buffalo Bill completed....
In my past experience with every map DLC for ATS and ETS2, there seems to be always one achievement which is significantly more difficult to get than the others. Patience and a pen and paper, plus reading the rules VERY carefully are essential.
I tried buying a cattle trailer to use with my truck, but in the end, I completed it by doing quick jobs and filtering them for cattle deliveries only, then only those to Sheridan and Riverton.
This proved to be the quickest method for me.
Patience is what I'm running out of now. I guess the RNG is messing with me really well this time over. In ETS2 I had an similar issue with the Exclave Transit from the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC. But this is far worse. I know a way to "cheat" this to trick the economy to update and that's what I resorted to for the achievement I just mentioned, but I don't want to because of the reason I stated above. But IMHO that shouldn't be needed to enjoy an achievement even though they are intended to be a challenge. There's a line where it's fun and where it's not.
@AyMazingATS: True, if the jobs had some of pattern from where they originated I could visit locations to pick them up for WoTR jobs but unfortunately there isn't. So I use the regular cargo and using the filter for all cargo as @mojo_musica mentioned.
I know annotations doesn't work with Steam but just so you know who I'm mentioning.
Just make sure it's the trailer with the belly pan.
ie. the trailer with the lower storage between the the axle and kingpin.
I'm struggling with that one also. I've been searching for months.
