Stupid truck speeds

I [i[looove[/i] it when the speed limit is 55 mph and every other vehicle on the road slows down to 40 mph. This isn't even locked to 55 mph, but every time the cars and trucks just drive 10-15 miles under the speed limit, and it's annoying as ♥♥♥♥.

Can we PLEASE get a fix for this?

Probably a reason for that. Either some road event or your mods.

That's the thing, there are no road events whatsoever. Neither do I have trafic-changing mods.

This is on every road you drive. The AI is always 10 to 20 mph slower then the speed limit.

Most AI trucks have a low torque value by default. It takes them ages to get to the speed limit.

if you want more ¨realism¨ there's a mod on the workshop that increase the speed limit to 120mph

Dealing with AI is almost the only active challenge in the game, it is a good thing and certainly does not need to be "fixed" .

You miss something.
40mph = 64.3km/h
55mph = 88.5km/h
it seem enough in my opinion.

This does get annoying. This and them randomly slowing down or outright stopping on the highway.

I have had vehicles coming onto the highway not slowing or stopping, and hitting me as I pass them and I get fined for it.. lol

Either go slow like them or use a no damage mod and plow through em. lol

I have noticed that if I honk my horn at slower vehicles in front of me, they often change lanes (when they can) or speed up

They will respond to you flashing your headlights also. But it doesn't help when you are running the speed limit and one pulls out in front of you. Its whamo crack crash. And then you get a ticket...

55 mph is the max speed what you can drive to legal but you can drive slower
is the same in the real life when i driving my car on the road you can drive max speed 120kmh but some people driving 70-80kmh thats is so aaaaaaaaaaaaa :-D
