I found a load of ADR Class 4 chemicals going from New Mexico to Oregon for $232,000. My avergae load price is $130,000 - $155,000 with that trailer doing long hauls.
theres a an insulated trailer can haul chilled food, but for frozen youll need the reefer one.
and you can make double an triple trailers in the truck shop when customizing them.
hes saying 232thousand dollars. 232,000. 2hundred and 32thousand.
the comma is like the decimal point for the amount and the 3 zeros tell you its thousands.
10= ten.
100= one hundred.
1000= one thousand.
1100= eleven hundred, or one thousand one hundred.
100,000= one hundred thousand.
150,000= one hundred and fifty thousand.
232,000= two hundred and thirty two thousand.
(0) one zero= tens. 10.00 ten dollars
(00) two zeros= hundreds. 100.00 a hundred dollars
(000) three zeros= thousands. 1000.00 a thousand dollars
Agreed..... That's why I like using a real economy mod. At least that way it feels like a challenge
You can only buy doubles and triples if you have garages in the appropriate States.
One common comment I saw on forum researching this before making my own tests, was how people with reefer most commonly hauled dry goods with them still, as frozen/chilled loads were not very common (or not the best paid in a given town, even with the lesser reward).
I hope eventually axle count will start mattering, and having a 3 axle reefer will be the best jack of all trade, while 3-4 axle drybox remain the only choice for specific loads, but is not as much the king of the game. This will require game to offer various loads, and not just a bunch of loads tailored to your trailer max capacity tough.
