Seeing like transparent outline around moving objects....wipers, passing vehicles, signs, etc.
After last navigation reset, have started seeing a transparent outline that appears with objects in motion. Example thin transparent outline around wipers when are operating. Passing road signs see the sign become layered. If stop and look directly at sign looks normal. Passing trailers the side logos seem to distort and transparent outline of end rear of trailer behind trailer. Went back to lowest video settings, removing installed mod's, removed shaders, no luck so far. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super and NVIDIA GSync enabled LG monitor. Open to suggestions and ideas...and appreciate 'em all...

Trying for a screen capture, but only happens when in motion. ATS screen capture freezes frame...and transparent outline disappears.

With a 2070 you should certainly be able to run your graphics maxed out. Take one minute to set up a brand new profile and see if your problem disappears.

Have you tried with different settings? I don't know if you have DOF enabled, maybe disable that? Or disable v-sync? Change your refresh rate?

Which monitor by the way? Does it natively support GSync or is it GSync compatible?

Tried new profile, same issue with transparent outline of moving objects.
Monitor is an LG Ultra Gear 38GN950 38" curved. NVIDIA G-Sync compatible
Currently connected using HDMI, will be trying DisplayPort connection to see if any difference.
For new profile have set all display options to either unchecked, disabled or lowest setting possible. No difference.
Have changed refresh rate from default, to different options presented, and no difference.
What have also noticed is the transparent outline always appears to be tailing the object, not in front of it. Wiper moves left, transparent outline trails it, wiper moves right transparent outline trails it.

Ok... just wanted to look up the variable refresh rate range for GSync. You should be good as it's pretty broad on that monitor. Display port is required for variable refresh input. I would recommend display port either way though.

I used to see that sometimes. Found a mod was causing it to do that..

Update - Connected tower to HDMI flat screen television and problem went away. A chat with grandson revealed that he had been messing with LG monitor settings while playing "Among Us" late last week. Couldn't figure out what he had changed, so set the monitor back to defaults....and problem went away.

Thanks all for you input and help....as always greatly appreciated. Back to finding 'em and grinding 'em......
