Cause WoT it's now under AWS and if you have important DNS or servers blocked you'll be not able to even check the images on the WoT home
Are you downloading stuff or have Netflix or any other kind streaming crap hogging your bandwidth?
If so when you do WoT contracts disable them or use QOS and port forwarding rules to prevent them stealing your upstream/downstream ratio
Open command prompt and write "ping scssoft.com" and " ping worldoftrucks.com" to check your response time
