SISL' has more stuff (including Starwars, people, and pets) and works on more trucks (mods). A few items exist in both. I conjecture the DLC is for those who don't like to use mods. The DLC does have a few items SISL doesn't (e.g., refrigerator magnets, AC vent clips, etc.). If you want the DLC items, get it on sale. SISL & DLC items are identical quality.
If you are are talking about the reward from the Hauling Hope Event. You need to go to WOT to redeem it and then it will be added to your ATS Steam Inventory.
Not true. Jon Ruda truck mods have support for the SCS Cabin Accessories DLC and they fit perfectly. His trucks also have support for SiSL's Mega Pack.
His truck mods are paid mods but they are absolutely superb and much more detailed than any SCS truck. If any players are interested check Facebook.
They do work together. Although I remember at some point that one of the mods isn't being continued anymore but I can still use the other. It came in two parts. I had my dashboard filled with all sorts of clutter, now since that mod won't work I don't because the spaces aren't there anymore. But I still have some mod items to place around. I'm not really explaining it all that well.
