mouse scrolling to bottom of screen

hi all.
since the update my mouse is now scrolling to the bottom of the page in game so i cannot select or change any options. soon as i move the mouse up it starts to travel back down to the bottom. not happening in any other game or windows.

You may have the mouse assigned to the wheel. Exit the game and relaunch. On the launchpad click Options >> Controls

Scroll down until you see alternate mouse cursor control. Click on Reset.
