game crashing on startup

how can i send my crash log to get someone to look at it. this game works perfect on my laptop but crashes 2 seconds into loading screens on main pc

If you want help here, more information is needed.
Go to "C:\Users\your username\Documents\American Truck Simulator" and open "game.log.txt" (NOT game.crash.txt), then post it to pastebin.com (split if too big) then post the link to that page here.

A few things you can do to fix this main one is update or make sure your video card driver is newest driver as well as make sure all this is fully up to date

Edit this line in the config (or config.cfg) file:
uset cf_asus_aura "1"
Change the "1" to "0" and save it. if you using Asus

found out that the rgb lighting on my keyboard was crashing it. have to unplug my keyboard to launch the game

you can keep your keyboard plugged in and go in to config file in ATS documents and at the bottom change asus aura and/or razer chroma to 0.
