proper way to uninstall ats and profile

im switiching rigs, and so i wanna uninstall ats on my current computer then download it on the new one. what is the proper way to do that? and also, i have steam cloud enabled, so what will happen to my profile?

I highly recommend to make a manual backup of your save file including the config files and the controlls.

view library right click game , click manage , uninstall

If you have both computers and all profiles are cloud save enabled, just install ATS on the new computer, start the game, and all your profiles should be available on your new computer. That simple.
As Wolfgang suggests, a thumb drive is another approach and certainly a simple enough one if the cloud save gives you trouble.
Obviously, only worry about uninstalling from the old after all is good on the new.

If you have steam cloud enabled you dont have too do anything, you only need too log into steam with your new pc. After that you can contuing on the same profile, but yes its reccomanded too back up your profiles.

i don't have my new pc yet, but im gonna be travelling tomorrow and i will buy my new pc in another city. so i wanna uninstall it here first cuz i cant take this with me so is it safe to uninstall it here then install steam and download it there?

There is no reason to uninstall from the older computer, you are free to have as many installations of ATS at once as you'd like, you are just limited to only playing on one at a time.
