389 check engine light
Does it work? I see it come on with truck is started but i only get a truck care notification when damaged.

Im not sure. If you damage your truck enough, at least with the W900, the engine light does turn on sometimes and a message on the dash computer reads SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. It does the same on the newer trucks as well. But its gotta be a LOT of damage, and it seems to need to be focused on the engine or transmission as well. I tried it by slamming into some walls on a burner profile and it eventually came on with all the newer trucks.
