lmao, every computer has F1 to F24. Most computers use a Shift+F___ to go to the higher range of options, so Shift+F1 is F13. Some Macs use Shift+ESC+F___ to go to the higher range. I use F13 as my PTT button in a ton of games, or at least those that support mapping it.
You could use the free tool AutoHotkey to make custom commands pretty easily to setup something akin to (taken from another Steam thread that's old):
F14::p ; Wipers
F15::e ; Start/Stop Engine
F17::u ; Lift/Drop Axle
F19::F9 ; Dashboard Map Mode
F13::o ; Beacon
F16::h ; Horn
F18::F10 ; Lift/Drop Trailer Axle
Not being rude/flaming/trolling/mean/etc, but the responses you got initially gave me a good chuckle.
Anyhoo, One could also use something like Simdashboard to map key combo's.
But you can add modifier F Keys by editing the controls.sii
eg: `modifier(shift_only, keyboard.f12?0)`"
`modifier(alt_only, keyboard.f12?0)`"
you can also do lalt, ralt, lshift and so on also double modifiers like alt and shift
