How to add car mods to ATS single player?
Hey guys, I want to try adding a few cars to ATS to drive around in to explore the map. Ive been looking around and found a few but they are all in SCS form and when I do extract the SCS files, I dont know how to arrange them to make them work. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance

One would not normally extract SCS files., just put them in your mod folder as is, as SCS files.

ATS has a mod folder?

Should be documents/ats/mod

Will look. So if I do find it, do I just randomly place it in the mods folder?

Yes, the only time mod order matters at all is sometimes in Mod Manager for a given profile, but even there it often does not matter.
When you put files in a folder they normally just alphabetize, so there really is no "order" to them

Ok, so I dont think I have a mods folder. I'll list my directories I go through.
Local Disk D/SteamGames/steamapps/common/American Truck Simulator. No mods folder comes up, I only have the SCS Files and the "bin" and "lisence" folders that dont contain a Mods folder either. Should I make a Mods folder or should I put it in with all the other SCS files?
