Not all games support FFB wheels, not all games support proper use of vibration transducers like Buttkickers. In some games (I expect that ATS and ETS2 fall into this category) a vibration transducer system (there are others besides Buttkickers) is just a subwoofer attached to your chair.
If the OP question was "is it a good idea to use your chair as a speaker cone to listen to music" the answer is no, it will happen, if you are passing high enough frequencies, buy why would you want to?
