Anyway to increase steering speed using a gamepad?
I feel like I'm going to tip over or I have to stop to be able to do move around.

Only way to increase steering speed I know of is using short chassis. So no more sleepers. I have a steering wheel that totally removes the slow steering problem but I drive 10,000 miles a day and it is easiest to just use a day cab and controller so I can sit back.

That explains why I have trouble with sharp turns. Glad I didn't spend money on upgrades on my sleeper. Looks like I'll have to get a day cab.

Thanks.

You can also play with the steering sensitivity in the game controls menu. I think the further right you move it, the faster it reacts to your input. I use sleepers and turn just fine after tuning it. Before I did it was like you described where I practically have to stop to clear my turn so the in game wheel catches up.

This.
I had to bring the steering sensitivity down in order to make light turns easier without steering too much in one direction.

Thanks for this tip. I didn't know steering sensitivity adjustment was a thing. Now I can turn so much better.

It's like adding power steering fluid to an otherwise empty tank LOL.

Thanks again. :)

Wow I don't know how I missed that setting, but it's done wonders already! Thank you!
