My Kenworth W900 speed no longer can go over 65 mph after added Colorado dlc and 1.39 update

Before I purchased Colorado dlc and update of 1.39, my truck literally have no speed limit but now I can't drive my truck above 65 mph. I also notice "truck speed limit" option grey out in the game option menu. In addition to that, every time I turn right on red signal at intersection, I got fined. I never have been in the state of Colorado in my real life. I just wonder is Colorado do not allow vehicles turn right on red signal?

Are you doing WoT loads? Because that is normal when doing WoT contracts.

Your truck speed is limited in WoT. You can't disable the speed limiter.

5 seconds in the search over there >>>>> would have told you all the answers. The 65 mph limit has been asked about hundreds of times, same with red light right turns.
