Wind Turbine Nacelle

Where the heck are they? I've been to EVERY garage and searched for the Nacelles needed to complete this achievement and can find NONE going to Colorado at all, never mind going to the construction sites. I had no problem with the Towers, just the Nacelles.

Sleeping, or moving time forward if you have dev console enabled is one way for the jobs to be refreshed.

You will get the achievement it will take a bit more time. I basically played all weekend long was able to get all the achievements done already.

Agree that owned trailers seem to be the best way of getting these load-specific achievements - buying a reefer trailer allowed me to easily get the "Cabbage to Cabbage" achievement that had eluded me for ages using the freight market jobs. Haven't tried the wind turbine nacelle one yet as want to save some achievements for later!

Is a lowboy used for both the nacelle _and_ the tube/tower?

Given the way the job generation system works it is going to be extremely rare to find a job with a particular cargo going to a particular depot (or depots). Best bet for those kinds of jobs is either World of Trucks from a nearby yard that generates the desired cargo, possibly in combination with Abandon spamming, or an owned trailer from a similarly suitable area.

For the record, the airports in Denver, Phoenix and Portland, Rail Export and (of all places) SellGoods all generate those cargoes as two of many but the best bet is the Vitas Power plant in Pueblo (there are two Vitas Power sites, one is where the construction takes place and is the one to which you need to deliver for the achievements, the other isn't. I cannot tell you which is which as I have not yet completed that achievement or indeed visited any of the Vitas Power depots in Colorado) which only sends three cargoes altogether so should be generating sufficient unique jobs to have one or more to the locations you need.
