the latest one that shows up is Utah - worked fine one time, but after that no luck...
Is there a way to register that stuff online and not "out of game", I think it only works when you do it in game - and since it does not show up there it's not possible unfortunately... you mean world of trucks . com right?
That would have been me. Official map expansions however will not show in the mod list in game. That is only for 3rd party mods/Steam Workshop. Here is my post:
Shil, just out of curiosity have you cleared your download cache lately? If not I would try it.
Click Steam on upper left
Settings
Downloads
Click Clear Download Cache.
This will sign you out of Steam so be sure you know your login information.
After you log back in navigate to your Library. Click on ATS. Scroll down a little until you see "My DLC" on the right side. Now click "Manage my ?? DLC." ?? refers to the number of DLC that you own.
Uncheck both Utah and Colorado in this area. Let it uninstall. Check them again to reinstall. If they are not listed and you bought the DLCs on another e-tailer website they could have been removed. This happens when those shady retailers use stolen credit cards to buy content. The end user then has the DLC's, whatever removed from their content as they were not rightfully obtained.
Not saying this is what happened but just giving scenarios.
For more information I suggest giving this a read too.

Safe travels driver!
