SCS should hire him to do the sounds.
It is becoming more and more common now that trucks are only allowed to be up to a certain decibel level. This is for driver and the public safety.
I think what SCS has some trouble with is taking all the different sound samples they make (from the same truck) and mixing them together to reproduce what you'd hear in real life. I think a simpler method, such as just recording a single sample from the driver's position would give more accurate results. And then doing the same outside the truck for the outside sounds. That's what some modders seem to do and the sounds are more authentic.
